In this 3-part series Creator of SCOLIOFITNESS™️, Integrative Health Practitioner, and My Sacred Spine Associate Teacher, Vivian Doan, will take us through ways to build healthy backs and strong bones.
* This series is safe for those of all-levels and all back issues (with or without scoliosis, and especially relevant for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis).
Classes will be held on Wednesdays, February 9th-23rd from 6:30pm-7:30pm EST.
The classes will occur LIVE on Zoom at the same time each week (Wednesdays, February 9th-23rd from 6:30-7:30pm EST). A day or two before the first class begins, you will be emailed a link to join the Zoom meeting, which will be the same for all three classes.
Can't make it live? No worries. Not only will you have access to all three class recordings as they’re released throughout the class’ duration, but you will also gain access to a library full of Yoga classes from our past series!
$44 for three 60-minute sessions, once a week.
This is an all-levels class.

Vivian is an Integrative Health Practitioner and creator of SCOLIOFITNESS™️, a program that incorporates fitness + nutrition + mindset practices to help empower those with scoliosis rebuild strength and confidence in their bodies. Her SCOLIOFITNESS™️ program is based on her personal journey as well as her knowledge in physical therapy, yoga for scoliosis, and corrective exercise. She teaches exercises, yoga, and everyday techniques to address not just the physical, but also the emotional and mental aspects of living with scoliosis. Additionally, as an Integrative Health Practitioner, she combines functional medicine and ancient wisdom from Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine to provide a holistic and integrative approach to optimize individual health and balance. Her goal is to help you live longer, stronger... whether that means helping you increase energy, sleep better, overcome your digestive issues, lose weight, or just improve overall well-being.
