Join Backcare Specialist and Certified Yoga Therapist, Judy Rosquete , for a Three-Week LIVE Intermediate Yoga for Scoliosis Class designed to help you develop a deeper awareness of your Scoliosis in order to alleviate pain, address asymmetrical habits, and feel more empowered, grounded, and centered, all from the comfort of home!
What to Expect
You can expect a small class size of just twelve students, so that Judy may see you and offer personalized correction and guidance. In addition to one-on-one attention you can also expect maximizing the use of props in order to deepen your work on de-rotation, as well as approaching more challenging poses overall!
How it works
The classes will occur LIVE on Zoom (you will receive separate links to join each class) at the same time each week for three weeks and will be recorded, in case you would like to pay a nominal fee of $20 to have downloadable recordings to keep.

Classes will be held on Wednesdays, October 28th-November 11th from 11:30am-12:30pm EST.
How much does it cost?
$60 for three LIVE 60-minute sessions, once a week
$20 to purchase downloadable copies of the videos
What experience level do I need?
This class is ONLY available to students who have at least six months of regular Yoga for Scoliosis practice and are ready to go deeper into working with their curves in a safe setting.
If I cannot attend live, can I still receive a recording?
No, these classes will be just for an intimate group of students looking for one-on-one feedback from a Backcare Specialist. It will be tailored to the people who are present for the sessions, therefore the recordings will only be available to those actively participating in the course.
What kind of equipment do I need?
A Yoga Mat (or any non-stick surface)
1 Yoga Belt (at least 8' in length)
2 Full-Size Yoga Blankets or Towels
Several Small Washcloths or Hand Towels
Ideally, a clear wall space (or closed door), but we can work around if not accessible
